Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy is sometimes described as a subsection of osteopathy, it is a very mild form of treatment and is suitable for the very young or elderly and people who prefer a more gentle style of treatment.
Using light pressure. Patients often experience a sensation of mild pressure and warmth followed by a release of tension and a feeling of deep relaxation.
Cranial osteopathic techniques can be used individually or alongside conventional osteopathic techniques treating similar conditions.
