Manual Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a healthy, natural and pain-free way to help your body remove excess fluid, toxins and waste. It is an advanced form of massage treatment that is deeply relaxing (by calming the autonomic nervous system). All the work is done with dry hands and no oils, talc or machines are used.The rhythmical pumping technique works on increasing lymph flow and not arterial blood flow as many other massage techniques do. With repeated sessions of MLD your body will pump the lymph fluid more effectively.
